Working Clasp Jewellery is made by Rebecca Cowley. She is a graduate of the Interdiscerplinary Textile Design course at Uwe. She uses laser cutting and etching technologies to produce Perspex jewellery from her own designs. Culturally symbolic silhouettes are often utilised to make witty statement pieces.

By picking out more abstract sections of her drawings she can create alluring fusions of form and pattern. I am always working on new designs combining various materials such as veneers, vinyls and fabrics to create bespoke collages
